Our engineers have finished updating CIM to fix the problem with referrals loading in Internet Explorer. Referrals can be viewed in either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome now. Thank you for your patience as we tracked down and resolved this issue.

Update
Our engineers are in the final stages of testing a fix for viewing referrals in Referral Manager in Internet Explorer. Currently we expect the update to CIM for this fix to be completed by 1 pm this afternoon. We will post another update shortly after CIM has been updated.

We have identified this issue to be an Internet Explorer Issue when viewing referrals in Referral Manager. If you are experiencing this problem and are using Internet Explorer, you can use a Google Chrome window to continue to work in CIM. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Investigating
Some users are currently experiencing an issue in which pages in CIM are not loading. Our engineers our actively looking into what is causing this to occur. As a workaround, if you experience this problem, you can open CIM in an Incognito window if you are using Chrome or in an InPrivate window if you are using Internet Explorer. This will allow you to continue to work until we can find a resolution to the problem.

This incident affected: CIM1, CIM3, CIM5, and CIM6.
