PH TECH has identified and addressed all remaining incorrect end dates. Our Engineers will continue to actively monitor throughout the day and ensure all authorizations' end dates are accurate.

CIM 3 is experiencing another issue saving and displaying end dates on referrals and prior-authorizations. The dates currently displayed in CIM 3 are not accurate. PH TECH is working diligently to resolve this as soon as possible and will post updates shortly.
