Monitoring

The performance issues have been resolved on CIM 3. PH Tech engineers are monitoring CIM 3's performance to make sure it stays within normal ranges.

Identified

Our engineers have identified the issue. CIM 3 should be operable with degraded performance at times. We are working on bringing the system back to full performance levels as quickly as possible.

PH Tech is investigating a performance issue impacting MHO CIM users. Engineers are diligently working to address this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible
