Our engineers have resolved the problem with viewing claims from within Demographic Manager, Referral Manager and within the Patient Claim History link in the Reports menu. Claims can now be searched for in these areas of CIM once again.

Our engineers are in the process of releasing a fix for this issue. We expect this issue to be resolved within the hour. We will update this incident when the fix is released.

This same issue also prevents claims from being viewed from within Referral Manager, using the "Patient Claim History" link in the "Reports" menu. Our engineers are currently working on a fix for this issue.
