Our engineers have found and resolved the issue with CIM 3. All links are visible and working within CIM 3 now.

Investigating

Our engineers our currently investigating an issue in which CIM 3 is only displaying the change log. Everything else in CIM 3 is currently inaccessible. We will update further as soon as we have found the source of the issue.
