We have released a fix for this issue. Creating an auth will now display the newly created auth.

Identified

We have identified the problem and are in the process of testing a fix. We were incorrect in one aspect of the initial report: Adjudicator rules were run for the referral that was created. The problem is only when CIM attempted to display the newly created referral.

Investigating

In some cases when creating a referral, the referral will look like it is spinning and not completing. When this occurs, the referral has been created, but adjudicator rules for the referral will not have been run.

This incident affected: CIM1, CIM3, CIM5, and CIM6.
