CIM has been updated with a fix for the issue with loading referral information. Our engineers will be monitoring CIM's performance tonight and tomorrow morning.

We have identified the issue that has been causing referral information to load slowly. Our engineers are in the process of a testing a fix for this issue. We will updated this incident again when we have released the fix or if new information comes up as a result of the testing.

CIM 1 and CIM 3 are currently experiencing periodic extreme slowness when trying to retrieve referral related information. Our engineers are actively looking into this issue. We will have an update as soon as we know more information.
