Update

During our follow-up investigation of this issue, we have found that the number of emails that were not sent was relatively small. Our engineers our currently working on sending all of those emails. Our hope is to have them all sent by later this afternoon.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified

An issue which is preventing users from sending emails in CIM was found. Our engineers are currently in the process of resolving the issue.
