Our engineers have released a fix for this issue. Effective and term dates can be updated on referrals and pre-authorizations now.

Our engineers are working to resolve an issue with referrals in which effective and term dates are unable to be edited. This does not affect pre-authorizations. Pre-authorization effective and term dates can be edited by modifying the effective and term date of the service line.
