The PH TECH team has identified and corrected the end dates on all impacted referrals and authorizations. Please contact PH TECH if you have any additional questions.

PH TECH engineers have identified the root cause of this issue and are actively working on addressing it. New auths submitted will now display correctly, all previously submitted authorizations will be corrected.

Investigating
The MHO CIM system is currently experiencing an issue saving and displaying end dates on referrals and prior-authorizations. The dates currently displayed in CIM are not accurate. PH TECH is working diligently to resolve this as soon as possible and will post updates shortly.
