Identified
We have identified the issue that was not allowing replies for a claim procedure note. This is only affecting new claim procedure notes. As a temporary work-around, closing the notes window and re-opening it will allow the note to be replied to. We are working to resolve the issue without requiring the note window to be closed and re-opened.

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue for which it is not possible to reply to a Claim Procedure Note.
