We have found and released a fix for this issue. Adding notes from the summary tab in Demographic Manager works as expected now.

Identified

We have identified an issue with adding a new note from the summary section in Demographic Manager. Our engineers our working on a fix for this issue. At this time, until a fix is implemented, notes can be added by going to the notes tab in Demographic Manager and creating a new note in that tab.

This incident affected: CIM1, CIM3, CIM5, and CIM6.
