Payspan completed their scheduled maintenance. Normal functionality has been restored.

An external partner system utilized within CIM, PaySpan, has informed us that they have scheduled system maintenance this Saturday (March 17th) from 6 pm to 8 pm. The following functions of CIM may be impacted during their scheduled maintenance: Member EOBs, Provider Vouchers, Exports and directly logging into PaySpan.

This incident affected: CIM1, CIM3, CIM5, CIM6, and MOVEit SFTP (secure.phtech.com).
