At this time, PH Tech engineers are confident the root cause of this morning's issue has been addressed and will no longer cause disruption.

Monitoring
A technical issue with CIM 1 was causing an intermitant service disruption. We started looking into the disruptions this morning around 7 am. By 7:35 am our engineers felt like they found the problem and resolved it. PH Tech's engineering team will continue to monitor CIM 1.
