Our engineers have resolved this issue. Referral Task Reminders will be sent throughout the day catching up on reminders that were previously missed. We will be monitoring these emails to ensure that they are continuing to be sent.

We have identified an issue in which Referral Task Reminders are not being sent. In researching our logs, this issue began on the evening of September 1st. Our engineers are currently looking into a resolution for this issue.
