Our engineers have resolved the problem with viewing attachments in Referral Manager. If you are currently viewing a referral, you will need to click on the link or search for the referral again in order to see the attachments for that referral.

Our engineers are in the process of releasing a fix for this issue. We expect this issue to be resolved within the hour. We will update this incident when the fix is released.

Our engineers have identified an issue in which attachments are unable to be viewed from within Referral Manager. They are currently working on a fix for the issue. We will update this incident as we have more information.
