Our engineers have identified and found a solution for the problem that was causing "Enter" to save rather than create a new line. We will be releasing the fix for this problem later tonight.

We are currently researching a problem that occurs while editing comments in the Additional Information section of a referral. Hitting "Enter" saves the changes rather than adding a new line. While our engineers are looking into a fix for this issue, we have two potential work-arounds that are available:
Option 1 - Copy/Paste the note: If you create the comment you want to add in another application (such as Notepad) and paste it into the comment section, any new lines that are part of the copied comment will be pasted into the comment section.
Option 2 - Turn off the new service UI: 1. Load a pre-auth in Referral Manager. 2. In the Services section of the pre-auth you will see a gear icon on the right side. 3. Click the gear icon. 4. Choose "Go Back to Old UI".
Once you go back to the old UI for referrals, you will be able to hit Enter again.
