Unable to export search results to CSV from Referral Reports

This issue has been resolved. Users are now able to export CSV files from Referral Reports.

Identified

An issue was identified that was preventing users from being able to export search results to CSV in Referral Reports. We have identified the cause of the issue and we are currently verifying a bug fix for the issue.
