Our upstream provider has reported that the issue with elevated error rates has been resolved and we have confirmed that callers are now able to reach PH TECH agents successfully.

Some callers are unable to reach PH TECH call center agents at this time due to elevated error rates with an upstream provider. The issue has been identified although no ETA has been provided. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as the situation changes.
