Monitoring
Our engineers have released an update to CIM that fixes the issue with vendors displaying multiple times in Accounting Manager. Accounting Manager can be used to process claims now. Thank you for your patience while we researched and fixed this issue.

Our engineers have identified why this is happening and are researching the proper solution to the problem. As part of what our engineers have found, we recommend that any account processing in Account Manager be put on hold until this problem is resolved. We will have another update as soon as more information is available.

We have identified an issue in which batches are including vendors multiple times. This is causing incorrect totals. Our engineers are diligently working to address this issue. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
